About me

I am a fearless inventor; I find creative solutions to tough problems and develop strategies to solve them. A talented technical leader with extensive experience in taking on new software products to production. I have extensive experience in designing, developing, deploying, testing and maintaining software across a wide variety of platforms be it on premise or the cloud. I have led the delivery of intelligent insurance systems, financial systems and healthcare systems.

As a professional, I have a strong liking for Java/Java EE Spring and Scala with an incline towards JavaScript Single Page Applications and RESTful backend amongst other software architectures and patterns. I take pride in developing applications consistent with high quality standards. I ensure that I'm always in the loop about new technology trends, consistently researching to be at par with the dynamic changes in technology. In my other life I graduated with a Master of Science in Computational Intelligence from the University of Nairobi and a Bachelor of Science In Applied Computer Science.
